Apparently, Apple’s knack for beautiful design doesn’t end with its innovative electronics. Throughout the world, Apple retail stores are known masterpieces of architecture and unique interior design showcasing their renowned “Genius Bars” where customers receive technical support and repair.
Many of the stores are located inside shopping malls, but Apple has built various stand-alone “flagship” stores in high-profile locations (shown in the slideshow below). Several Apple Stores feature glass staircases intended to attract customers to visit the upper floors, and some even feature a glass bridge. Apple has received numerous architectural awards for its store designs, particularly its Manhattan location on Fifth Avenue, whose glass cube was designed by Bohlin Cywinski Jackson (second picture in the slideshow).
Stores such as the ones you see below have attracted so much attention that several “knock-offs” have popped up. In China, there are at least two stores that have attempted to replicate the Apple retail store design. Even though Chinese law prohibits retailers from copying the look and feel of competitors’ stores, enforcement is lax.
Yet another great example of an “intelligent” interior being complimented by a beautiful exterior. Ultimately, it’s the interior that matters most, and you don’t need to be an international company like Apple to create a workplace that “works”. In fact, all you have to do is give us a call.
It’s a fact: no two of anything are exactly the same. We’re actually quite pleased about that. It means that we can create a unique solution for your specific needs. And it means that no other furniture dealer can provide exactly the same service and experience that we will give you.
